This is the specification of the battery, we have
to mention it for purchasing t,i.e. the capacity of the
battery in ampere-hour,1 AH means it can supply one ampere
to the load (which full load current is one amps)for one
hour.

That means the battery can withstand the amount of current per that hour.
Ex:- If the battery is 120 AH, then it can give the amount of current ie.(120 Amps) per hour after the breakdown of power.(In view of UPS).
