I keep myself in touch with everyone working with me, I
never say no for any activity or initiative taken by the
company. I try to help my collegues sometimes by going out
of my way like helping them with their work if I have time
and they are overburden, I try to seek reasons for any
decisions taken by my superiors.I try to read all the
information about the company and the sector I am working
in.
