Basicaly Transformers having two type of tests 1-
Manufacturing & 2- Field test, Manufacturing test are
described Above & Field tests are carried out during the
Commissioning at site.Field tests are given belwo..

Insulation Resistance Test- Phase to Phase, Phase to Earth,
Winding Resistacne Test.
Testing & setting of WTI & OTI.
Vector Group Testing.
Magnetinc Ballance Test
Ratio Test.
Knee Point Test.
Tan Delta Test ( This is Also IR test)
Hi Voltage Impulse Test (if Client requested)
etc...

resistance test,resistance test,separate source
test,induced over voltage test,vector group test,no load
test,short circuit test, these are routine
test.temperaturise test,pi test,noise level test,tandelta
test these are customer requirement test
