Judging and Analising the customers attitude, behaviour and
need is the main weapon for a sales person, suppose if one
(customer) is saying that he dnt have the money and you are
forcing him to buy that particular product only is useless
and wastage of time but to judge according to his
requirement by analysing and asking him his personal intrest
you can convert a zero profit customer to some sort of
profitable one.

i think we have to apply profit in loss concept.i can
explain this with a small eg.one of our customer was alomst
closed to be declare sick unit still we were able to sold
them a capital goods as out product was helping to reduce
his electricity consumption by 30% which was far more than
cost of our product.so he purchase even though it was
closed to sick unit declaration.

correct, better to find another customer as you dont need
to waste your valuable time.

he/she may be right or wrong, but i have to trust him/her
because customers are the king, if it is possible I can
give him/her credit facility.

you must take a commitement to buy your product. 2ndly you
must follow him, for the best time when he will purchase
your product. 3rd after selling your product you must take
a feedback.
