If current in two phase get short circuited then a large
amount of fault current will fow through the two phase and
the shorit circuiting medium.but current in the 3rd phase
wil be zero.this will create an unbalance situation and the
consumers equipments will be affected if proper protection
systems are not provided.

I=V/R when short circuit R will be zero thats means I will be infinite
