what's mean by Transient stability analysis?
Answer / vamsi krishna
EVERY SYSTEM HAS ITS RESPONSE AS 1) TRANSIENT RESPONSE AND
2) STEADY STATE RESPONSE
TRANSIENT STATE IN A SYSTEM IS THAT WHICH OCCURS FOR A
MILLI SECONDS DURATION OF TIME. IT IS ACTUALLY OCCURENED
DUE TO DIFFERENT CAUSES AS
1) SUDDEN ENERGISING OF THE SYSTEM.
2) LOADING THE SYSTEM SUDDENLY.
3) WHEN SYSTEM IS TERMINATED WITH THE NON CHARACTERISTIC
IMPEADENCE....ETC
THE MAIN REASON FOR THE TRANSIENTS IS THE PRESENCE AND
EFFECT OF ENERGY STORAGE ELECMENTS IN THE SYSTEM.
THERE ARE A NUMEROUS WAYS OF SOLVING METHODS FOR TRANSIENT
STABILITY.
