it's possible by means of Electronic choke.

otherwise it's not possible to ionise the particles in tube
light, with normal voltage.

By using resistor for if supply is DC, and if AC supply use
high impulse for tube series manually connect starter
connection for less than 1 second the tube light glow with
this trick.

you use the 100w lamp by replace the choke

it's possible by means of Ac Transformer that produces Voltage above 1000Volts...
