In pic16f877a the adc output is 10bit but the
microcontroller ability is only handle the 8 bit.how the 10
bit is changed into 8 bit

Answer / lucky

It has two dedicated registers for adc so if you use only one register then it becomes 8 bit but the lowe two bits are ignored ( depends on the justification see the data sheet) nprecosion reduces thats all.
