Render Variables are generally created to conditionally
render a particular page or chart or list o block. The
purpose of the render variable is to hide a particular item,
we cant say it used to hide particular item.
When we are using render variable only the queries which
satisfies the parameters will be rendered and hence the
other queries will not be processed in back end by cognos.

I have 7500 rows. I need all rows in single reports. Which type of prompt we have used retrieving all rows and show in a report? We have dynamical queries q1, q2, q3, q4, q5. If customer selects the particular, query that only show in execution report. In case it may more then one, how do you execute the particular query item in report page? My problem is as follows I made two pages of the portal; in the first page i have two reports and from one of these i would like to communicate in some way (i.e drill- through?) with the second page that contains four reports (prompt value [product] and three chart [sales revenue, sales quantity and budget]).
