Why U want 2 join TCS?..

TCS is an equal opportunity provider with good projects in
hand , varied field of work (both IT and non IT) , good
emoluments , good promotions from time to time depending on
performance, No dirty corporate politics etc.
In all the most safest place to work for in IT field in
recent times

TCS IS ONE BIG F U C K I N G Company...
GOVT TYPE..
NO HR POLICIES ....
A person having 5 years ka Work ex in Supply chain .. They
bare putting them into banking...
WHAT AN ARSEOLS>>>....
DUN EVER JOIN....
and more they come to our campus on DAY 0 ... With 4.75 lpa
Bigg Arseoles.... ( in our campus companies like Shlumberger
and City , PnG came with 18+ LPA....
We Kicked Them Out...

TCS - Tata Company of stupids

it was my first company.

It is pays you very less as compared to other companies.( actually only 1% of what it bills the client).
Forget about the Increment.
Nobody is there to listen to your grievances.
once you are tagged to a project, they will not release you even if you get married and you have to move ... eventually you have to leave the company.

Also TCS makes you stupid. managers are usually those people who had spent 10+ years in TCS and believe me they look retarded.

why we are not join tcs....its a great company..at the present time it have no 1 position in IT sector...there r 164307 employees working in tcs..there r a lot of projects and give us the environment where we can adjust very well..working with a knowledgeable employees we can growth and learn new things.. and promotions are based on your performance basis...
