for first five years of my career I would like to know the
company, Industry and its customers i am working in, I
would like to do the frontline job so that I know the
business and customer expectations, hence after five years
I see myself in the middle level management with a team
working under me and me taking decisions on how to sell,
whom to target, what schemes to launch, how to place the
product in the market motivate my team,appraise
them,recruit them and look after their growth.After 10 yrs
I see myself part of the management team which decides on
strategic decisions like which market or product to enter
and which to leave,How to brand the company and its product
lines,handling communication with the media.

well in nest five years, to be open enuff, the organizations will be in a better position to judge my presence coz actions speak better than words do.....
as of me my first goal is to be a good employee coz if u r not a good employee u can't b a good manager in future.

that company to whom i will be working with, So that i can

I have to sell a women cosmetic like face cream.Now problem is that many cosmetics are already in market.So when there are well establish players in market how can sell this product.The cream is very good in quality but the company has not enough money to go for advertisement through media.Now how to sell this beauty cream and make market among establish players.Also tell me one good reason why female will opt for this cream when many well known brands are available?
