BASIC 8000.00 IS CORRECT. BECAUSE REMAINING JOBS SALARY
HIKE.AND HRA IS 10% SUITABLE

Rs 8200 for clerk in Sbi bank......thats the basic pay.
Special allowances u can add upto 3000. so total will be 11200.

Basic salary for 12th: Rs7200,
if graduate two increments of Rs400.
that means basic salary for graduate is Rs8000.
D.A: Rs.4000
house rent: Rs1000
other allowances: Rs500
and other benefits of around Rs.650
total 14000..
other benefits are also there on an avg. 15000/month.

It is Rs.7,200/-. The gross responsibility of an Assistant
in SBI is enormous. Especially in Cash Dealing. He is
fixed if he fails to detect a fake note. He is fixed if he
is made short of cash. There is no well defined work. One
day he has to do 200 transactions and other day he may be
doing only 25 transactions. Bank stipulates a minimum time
required to complete a transaction. That is from 3 to 20
minutues. Even if you consider 5 min for each transaction
on an average, in five hours time he will at the most can
do 60 transactions. But, the actual work load is 3 to 4
times on him. Cash dealing demands high alertness
throughout working hours. Even a single lapse resulting
out of lack of mental alertness can prove to very costly on
the employee. There are employees who have paid upto
Rs.50000 out of their pockets within one week of joining
the job. There is no proper training imparted to handle
such sensitive duties.
I think they deserve much more salary + a very high cash
risk allowance.

should know a man can not live on Rs. 7500 a month.
Politicians with no qualifications get a huge amount even
they do not have any qualifications. Where are we
heading.Any way you voted for them and eat crap now.

it is to be at least 12000pm before pay revision and after
pay revision it is to be at least 15 or 16 thousand. then a
clerk can survive a live life

even though basic is 4400 starting we will get around
11,000 i am working from past 8months now i am getting
12505/- from next months onwards(recently hiked 17.5% is
basic 6200) i will get 16585/-
