if graduate two increments of Rs400.
that means basic salary for graduate is Rs8000.
D.A: Rs.4000
house rent: Rs1000
other allowances: Rs500

and other benefits of around Rs.650

total 14000..

other benefits are also there on an avg. 15000/month.
