first of all i would like to analysis the problem.when i
have realise the prb maker. i am talk about personaly that
is positive approach.when its not applicable i have to go
on next option that is negative approach that is warning
before dismissal. it may me continue i have eleminated.
bcoz of team co-ordination is important asset for success.

it is quite common if u are working in teams. First we have
to analyse what reason the team members are arguing. If the
arguments are really related to project...then we have to
find the project artifacts or proofs for the argument.
some times due to personal ego problems also arguemnts may
come in the teams...these are bit tough to handle.

Usually quarrels take place because of the ego problems.
communicate with a positive approach with your team
members. For example If you contribute the major part of
the success in a particular project, its human to be
jealous. so please cherish your joys but do not over-react.
They realize your contribution but when they know you are
big-mouth, they avoid to recognize your hard work. If you
have differences of opinions for a job, its good to go by
what the majority says.

first of all knowing and understanding the problem is must.
then i have to analyse is it personel or proffesional. if it
is proffesional then deffinetly we have to take it
seriously.as a team head i should maintain the healthy
environment between the members. i will make them sit and
explain how quarrel will give negative impacts in team and
on our targets. deffinely they will listen. because its a
team........

First I have to find out the root cause of it, whether it is
professional or personal. If professional then I have to
seat with all the members and solve after discussing with
them and if it is personal then I have to talk to the person
concerned and solve.

I will try to know the reason for quarrel.I will try to
sort it out and try to make the complex things easier.I
will ask them to keep quiet and think about that silly
problem which made the office noisy.If atall they do not
understand then I will find the other ways to solve the
