cdma is more complex as it requires a code for multiplexing
and de-multiplexing the frequency signal thus many
cell-phones operate on a same frequency.

where as i think cdma is more complex bcoz it does not
applies freq. or time division concepts and it generate
different codes for different signals.
WELL, it is also efficient for communication bcoz due to
different codes the problem of overlapping is eliminated.
