1. OLAP systems are used to analyze the business.it solves
the questions What,when,who,where. Dataware house and OLAP
are same no difference.

2. Microcube resides in BO. I will ask you one question.
-->You have a report like World total sales. And you want
to show only India sales to your user. what you wil do? Yes
you need to apply filters. You have applied a filter to
show India sales. Now except India no country sales is
visible on your report. where it goes? It goes to microcube.
And if you remove filter and refresh the report,the
information which is stored in microcube will come into the
report. It is like a cache. Hope you completely clear on
this

i Have created the universe in which i have one table and different derived tables from the same table i am supposed to create report from the same universe which should dispalay the duplicates rows, but all the time i run the report i am not getting the duplicate rows i have checkd the duplicate report option too in report.. is there problem with universe or report,.. can any body help?
