You could see the option of scheduling in infoview,right
below your report...otherwise u cud schedule it from
Central management Console

in web intelligence we can shedule report as well in cmc.
once you have written the query and run it.and save it to
folders.and open that folder to shedule the report.
in cmc you have an option to shedule the report.
