Answer / anand.s

1)take any 6 balls.keep 3 balls in one side and other 3
balls in other side.if there is a heavy ball in any one of
these six balls then the weigh will come down one side.goto
step 3.
2)if the weigh is equal then the heavy ball is in the
remaining 3 balls.goto step 4.
3)take those 3 balls which is on heavy side.
4)keep one ball aside and put 1 ball each in either side of
weigh.if there is heavy ball then it will come down and we
can find out.if the weigh is equal then the ball kept aside
is the heavy ball.

1 Trial:
Take 3 set of 3balls and first compare any 2
set. They may are may not be equal. If thet are equal keep
these 2 sets aside and go to second trial with the 3rd set.
If they r not equal,go to second trial with the set of more
weight.

2 Trial:
Split the taken set of 3 balls in to 3 set of single
balls.Compare any one sets first. If they are equal we can
find the left out ball is of more weight. If not equal we
can find the most weight ball.

Answer / kishore.rkv@gmail.com

make it into 3 sets each contains 3 balls, compare any two sets with the help of balance, if any one of the set is heavy then it is taken otherwise remaining set is taken, and take two balls from that heavy set and compare them, the heavier will be the final or if both are same then other one is the heavier ball.

Answer / kunal kapoor

start putting balls 1 by 1 on the weighing scale. note down the weight of the first ball, then sec. then third and so on.If the first ball is of same wt category as that of remaining 7 the we shall be getting a constant margin everytime we put new ball but if at any stage after counting margin, it comes diff then we shall be concluding that as the heaviest of all.

Now in market we have a higher wt indication weighing
scale, that will helpful to find out the higher wt ball form
the 9 balls. so we don't go to the second time. we find out
the odd one out from the 9 balls at the first trials.so
that weighing scale is i mentioned weighing scale?

Answer / varun sangwan

first make 3 ball groups, and then compare any two group.
we can detect the heavier group easily and then from the
heavier group select two balls and compare their weight and
if weight found same then 3rd ball is faulty otherwise we
can found by looking at weighing scale.

In volute casing the discharge area is more. so as per bernoulli's principle the pressure must be reduces also from the basics, pressure = Force/Area. so pressure and area are inversily proportional. By considering these two basic rules pressure must be reduces. But in any centrifugal pump, the pressure is increasing. How the velocity is converted into pressure. In my view only head is increases but how the pressure increases?
