the people, understand their problem that what they actuly
feel about their work, encores them and realize them how
much their work is improtant, and always appriciate their

Always keep in mind the work load with respect to manpower, always allot work load as per capability in seance of skillfulness and working capacity. It may be personal/motivational/helping hand.Let them to know the importance of their work.It should be from bottom of their mind and for you only.
