Most improtand things to handle the manpower is motivate
the people, understand their problem that what they actuly
feel about their work, encores them and realize them how
much their work is improtant, and always appriciate their

people engage in the work. share the future plan with them
,try to keep equality among them,beyond that give them
training on sub like , target,achievement,yoga in month keep

Always keep in mind the work load with respect to manpower, always allot work load as per capability in seance of skillfulness and working capacity. If you allot more than capacity than person will be hope less and if you allot less than capacity than he will engage the concentration of other persons from their work.

Manpower handling is a great task.It doesnt mean to manage manpower for the work only.You need to built strong bonding.
