domestic call center needs average and most of the people
are eligible for that.in case of international call
center,person requires excellent command over that least of
the people posses.

Domestic call center is one of the important sector of BPO
where people learn few things which would help to improve
the communication skills by communicating with people with
in a State , country or with in a Nation with a minimum
knowledge of English , where as International call-center
is a place where work is been done with very high fluency
in english with enthusiastic speech communicating with many
people abroad talking to them and serving their needs.

I prefer Domestic Call center to Internation call center
becuse there is no required to night shift.
not hectic Schedule, you can learn each n everything in
simple way n you don't feel shame on you if u don't know
english.

Both domestic and international call centers requires very
good fluency of english and communications skills as
well............Coming to domestic side it is related to our
own english....as our mother tongue falls in our
english....and ofcourse mistakes will not be considerd
much.....we feel a bit easy to communicate with our own
people....we make sure we are free of stress in domestic
call center...

International call centre require good communication skills and command over english and people who are just okay with english can go for domestic call centre. The job profile would be easier compared to International. And also you can learn everything from basics. There would be no requirement for people to work at nigth and strain themselves. International call centres are hectic.
