The First reason would be that, i have the potential to
take up the team lead assignment and manage the people
through my people skills.
My interpersonal skill would help the company to make the
process continue without any hurdle as i plan accordingly
to make backup plan for all activities in the process.

Being a good team player i know i can lead a team. I have the leadership qualities which would be beneficial for the company and my team as well. With complete confidence and having a disciplined methodology of working i can lead a project and manage my team accordingly and give good output to my company.
