We can directly write test cases in Test Plan and later
move them to Test lab for execution or else we can create
test cases in Excel sheet or Word and then upload them to
the Quality center to the Test Plan
Basically we need to create scripts in Excel or Word the
following details
1. Path in Test Plan where the test cases need to be placed
2. Manual status
3. Designer name
4. Test case Details
5. Script Name
6. Step Number
7. Script Description
8. Expected Result

2. Pre-conditions
3. Specific Requirement
4. Abbreviations
This has to be pulled then to the Test Plan where the steps
