What is the use of double seated valve?..

Answer / Vijay Singh Yadav

A double seated valve, also known as a double-disc check valve, is used to prevent fluid flow in one direction while allowing it in the opposite direction. It consists of two discs, each with a hole in the center, that can rotate around their respective axes. When no pressure difference exists on either side of the valve, both discs are parallel to the flow direction and allow fluid passage. However, when a pressure difference occurs, one or both discs are forced to rotate, closing off the flow path in the opposite direction.
