What are the operation of mosfet?
Answer / Adesh Kumar Misra
MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) is a type of transistor that operates based on the electric field effect. There are two main types of MOSFETs: N-Channel and P-Channel.n
1. N-Channel MOSFET: In this type, an n-type channel forms between the source and drain terminals when a positive gate voltage is applied, allowing current to flow between the source and drain. When the gate voltage is zero or negative, the channel does not form, and no current flows.n
2. P-Channel MOSFET: In this type, a p-type channel forms between the source and drain terminals when a negative gate voltage is applied, allowing current to flow between the source and drain. When the gate voltage is zero or positive, the channel does not form, and no current flows.
