in case of a bipolar junction transistor we are concerned with
Vbe,,,Vce(in order to stabilise optiamally)but why don't we bother about Vbc?? why ?

As we know common emitter configuration is best to use and
this configuration is used in amplifier. and for this
configuration we have emitter common and we apply voltage to
base emitter terminal and get output at the collector
emitter terminal. That's why we only deal with base-emitter
and emitter-collector voltage, and not with vbc which is
common collector configuration of little importance. ce
configuration is used due to its high gain.
