Testing is not that easy task.Because if a programmer is
only aware of his module, the tester should be aware of all
the modules and the entire functionality.testing each and
every functionality with multiple number of test data is
not that easy task. Also if any errors are found after
releasing the project, the tester will be responsible.

Testing is not at all an easy Job a tester has to think
from all possible points of view ie. Tester has to think
from the end users point of view its all about finding a
bug which is committed by a developer if a tester fails to
find a bug the system is not going to respond in the way
which it should, result can be more dangerous for the
organisation.
So testing is more important and a responsible job and it
doesnt matter if the tester is a Bcom or a Ba graduate what
matters is his/her efficiency to find the bug and the logic
applied behind it.

Testing is not an easy task.... for example if you are going
to test an health care product and if its not properly
tested it causes a loss of life....and in case of banking
projects if the application is not properly tested it may
cause a loss of money of some person......for that each and
every view of the application should be properly tested, so
its not an easy task.........................
