They might ask you questions Like
1. What is the SDLC
2. Explain the Testing Life Cycle
3. What are the differnt stages of Defect
4. What are the differnt kinds of Testing you know

first 3 projects and then they will ask questions from ur
knowledge in the entire manual testing,DB level testing in
the mean while they will identify ur communication skils
and confidence also.
