If the defect is not reproducible,then the status should
be "CLOSED".
Note:Appropriate Comments should be given by the developer
such as"The above issue is not replicable".
QA Engineer need to crosscheck the Defect,if the issue does
not exists then QA Engineer should close the issue with
closed status.

Sometime hapeen seems that, defect appeared on 1st time but
2nd time it does not appeared, I mean to say defect is not
reproducible, then we'll mention it in status as "Open Bug"
and in Reproducibility we'll mention it in this format.
1- Reproducibility: 1st Time
2- Reproducibility: Some Time
3- Reproducibility: Always
