From what I am reading - your written communication is a weakness ( not weekness ). One of the most important job skills is written forms of communication and being capable of sentence structure. If no one has provided this feedback I hope its constructive.

My biggest area of improvement would be that I spend too much time with a non-performer in turning him a performer.
Also, I easily relate with people which sometimes becomes my weakness as people start expecting a lot from me.

Its inevitable to any human to have Weakness and definitely
needs to improve on his/her weakness. I force a weakness in
myself when i am not able to compete ,then i look forward
for suggestions / learning from others and with new
initiative's and creativity in myself will overcome the new
challenges and I always keep repeating this strategy from
the day i learned it.
