What is ngl level and how it is transfer to column or beam??
Answer / karnam seenu
Natural ground level is a reference level used to mark the floor height for different floors. This can be done by considering NGL as Temporary benchmark and transferring to the column surface or a permanent pillar constructed and maintained till completion of the project since this reference will be taken for all marking of bottom level of slab beams, slab top level, plinth top level, footing top level, etc., by using theodolite instrument or Total station or by simple Dumpy level
