how can be possible that 1 sq mtr slab area required 25 to 30 kg steel
in simple term residential building in slab having a thickness
110 to 125 mm provided Reinforcement generally #8@150 c/c for
distributer bar & #8@200 c/c spacing then calculation says that 5.530+1.825 => 7.355 Kg Per Sq mtr in slab
i also consider this figure may variously According to structure type

As per Method of measurement how to calculate no of column stirrups (ie: upto slab bottom or beam bottom)
