iam constructing a new hall of size 21'*14'. we r constructing without

iam constructing a new hall of size 21'*14'. we r constructing without columns...i.e only with basement..and constrcting wall thickness of 9" only...can I laid slab on these walls? is it safe?

Safe....its simply supported slab so both side support at wall the load are transfer to base
