Water / Cement Ratio is to be selected from the is 10262 as per the Design Mix,

Also we can calculate the water cement ratio by Thumb rule

a) 28% wt of cement + 5% wt of aggregate

as for hydration of Cement 28% water is required by weight and 5 % extra is added to compensate for wetting of coarse aggregate
