First of all, the phase has no association with the amplitude of the signal, just in case. Now, to calculate de difference, you simply sustract both phases, in this case:
phase 1 = +pi/3
phase 2 = -pi/4
So, the phase difference would be:
pi/3 - (-pi/4) = (4pi+3pi)/12 = 7pi/12
which is 105° in the degrees scale.
