the volume of wet cement concrete is 1.54 to 1.57
then the solution is cement = 1x1.57x1440/7= 322.57 kg
(here 1440 is density of cement 
for sand = 2x1.57/7=0.4485 cum
aggregate = 4x1.57/7=0.897 cums
