if you calculate the quantity of cement in this ratio, it
is more than 450kg/m3( it is around 873kg/m3). as per IS
456, there is no effect of cement above 450 kg . there is
so many problem above 450kg/m3, due to heigh quantity of
cement heat of hydration effect is more. crecks problem
also occure. so we go for design mix.

because of with the proportion of mix concrete is not to be
useful in any kind of construction due to it's low
compressive and tensile strength and it's low durability
.

Please give me the mixing ratio for higher grades of concrete (M30, M35, M40, M45, M50) using cement, VSI sand (Maharashtra) and metal. In case any other additives are supposed to be added to my concrete please let me know about that as well.
