How to O2 analyzer works?
Answer / gurram
O2 Analyser works on the principle of Paramagnetism principle.
This analyser contains two cylindrical chambers one reference
chamber and the other one is sample chamber. In the sample
chamber a permanant magnet will be fixed. In both the chambers
there will be pre defined heated ring resistors will be placed
which forms a wheatstone bridge. If the process gas without o2
passes in both the chambers. As there is no o2 the bridge is in
balanced condition only.If the process gas contins o2 flows
due to magnetic effect the flow in the sample chamber will
increase and there is a unbalance in the temperature of the
ring resistors. The difference will be processed and displayed
as percentage of o2 presented in the process gas.

What is rated capacity in Control valve
Calculate the maximum pressure drop that can be allowed to occur across a control valve, so that we can prevent cavitation / flashing from occurring. Use the following formula: Δ P allow = Km (P1 – PvapourA) where, Δ P allow - the maximum allowable differential pressure for sizing purposes, or terminal pressure drop; Km- the valve recovery coefficient from the manufacturer’s catalogue; P1 - absolute inlet fluid pressure; PvapourA - absolute fluid vapour pressure at the inlet temperature; Use Atmospheric pressure = 101.3 kPa, P1 = 1200 kPa(g), PvapourA = 4 kPa, KM = 0.72
