yes you can abbly 0-50 mbar at low pressure side of
transmitter by any pressure sourse

For calibration You can apply 0 to + 50 mbar. Pressure at H. P. Side.

For Calibration of Tx,You can apply pressure of 0 to 50mbar at LP side of transmitter with pressure pump.or
0-50mbar vacuum at HP side.
