Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to
book for interview on September to go in October. He was
once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the
paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection
but we know that it was because there was no enough ties
for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would
come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right
reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the
papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply.

I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?

Hi, I have H1b approval for 2008 quota; I have not gone for Visa interview so far. I am planning to go for an interview in January 2009. Will there be any issue if I delay my interview schedule as US economy is going down steadily.
I have done BE in Mechanical and have 2 years 9 months of experience in IT company (completing 3 years in dec). Have been to US on B1 visa March 2010 . Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.
