Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to
book for interview on September to go in October. He was
once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the
paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection
but we know that it was because there was no enough ties
for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would
come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right
reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the
papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply.

Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.
Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? HI, I ahve my visa stamping on first week of Dec at Chennai consulate. My Consultant said there is no need of client letter and we can alywas tell we will go and search for the project there ie i do not have any client letter. Can anyone please tell me if they have got visa stamped through this way. Any suggestion/advice welcome. Thank u all.
