I am an Indian.I got H1B lottery even though i have applied for B1 and got blue paper it means the didt issues visa since lack of support documents.My doubt is is this impact on my H1B interview.One thing i have attend B1 at chenni and i m going to attend for H1B at dubai.Could any help me to clear my doubts

Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company. I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate, but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage. My wife passport also carries my name Will this be sufficient for the interview please suggest

Hi All, I am working for a CMM level 5 company from last 1.4 years. I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. It would be great if someone suggest me about the background verification for the H1 Visa. Thanks :-)

I got H1B approval in 2009 quota. But I would like to give Visa interview in Jan 2011. So is it ok to give the interview after almost 1 year? If no, then what is the maximum time they allow for appearing the VISA interview after H1B approval?
