My H1B is sponsored by a US based company. Currently i am
working in india .During processing of H1B i changed the
present company in India. I have not provided the docs
related to new company. Will it cause a problem in Visa
stamping .My i129 has just got approved by USCIS.

I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my interview went well however i was sent back with my passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my passport to get my visa stamped. Has anyone come a/c with this kind of issue??
I attended H1B interview at Hyderabad consulate on 30/04/2009. I have been handed over with a 221G white form and asked to provide more documents from petetioner. The VO also held my original Educational documents with him. Will this be a problem ? I hold my post graduate degree from National Institute of Technology, Warangal.

HI, I ahve my visa stamping on first week of Dec at Chennai consulate. My Consultant said there is no need of client letter and we can alywas tell we will go and search for the project there ie i do not have any client letter.
