I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate? I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?
