No one is perfect in this world, we can respect others for what they are. If we always search for the -ve characteristic of others then we could never find anything +ve in them!, and I have been very lucky to have work with a helpful, supportive team. But that doesn't mean that i have never been irritated by others, still we can avoid such situations for a while and can take good decision after a discussion with them.

We should not disregard others perspective but something which irritates is when a big situation arises in the company then some workers rises their hands and give up easily in that situation this the most irritating thing about them.

sense.Leaves you clueless and wondering why you asked them
