ok one thing concrete can take only compression load. when
we are going to load on concrete, it takes only compresive
load. when it subjected tension load that means load comes
by wind load, punching shear,and also self weight. it
fails down.

No, Self weight of column will bring the tension in it so minimum reinforcement is required to be provided...
