what FET were we use its
Answer / Ankit Gupta
FET stands for Field-Effect Transistor. There are two main types of FETs: Junction Field-Effect Transistors (JFET) and Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFET). JFET is made using a pn junction, while MOSFET uses an insulating layer between the gate electrode and the channel region.
