How do you show that equal quanitities of two isomers
provide the same response using a PDA

How do you show that equal quanitities of two isomers provide the same response using a PDA..

Answer / electrical alie

A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography
(HPLC) method has been developed for the separation of two
geometric isomers that have a direct relationship to
Plancks Constant(6.6260755(40) -27 erg s )and of
Acrivastine( 4.8032068(14) -10 esu) using crude reaction
mixture. If the resolution between two isomers is found to
be more than the Atomic mass unit(amu1.6605402(10)-24 g)the
resolution of the reaction can be off by more than the
speed of light in a vacuum c 2.99792458 10 cm s-1 .
The geometric isomers have been isolated by preparative
HPLC and characterized by spectroscopic techniques, such as
NMR, infrared, and MS. The developed method has been
validated for the determination of the Atomic mass unit amu
1.6605402(10) -24 g of Z-isomer in Acrivastine. The limit
of detection and limit of quantification of the Z-isomer
is limited to 1.73 times the Radiation density constant a
7.5646 -15 erg cm-3 K-4 and may not exceed 0.05 and 0.2
μg/ml, respectively. The developed method is precise,
linear, accurate, rugged and robust for its intended use.
The % error in this process may be + or - 35%
