Direct method of recruitment:
under this method workers are recruited directly through
campus interviews,scouting,manned exhibits,waiting list,line
register of job seekers, etc. usually, in all such cases,
preliminary screening is completed by examining the
application form filled in by the candidate and the
preliminary interviews.
Indirect method of recruitment:
under this method, workers are recruited indirectly through
advertisements in newspapers, journals, radio, internet,
etc., in order to get suitable candidates.
