In my project i am layout cables under the Maintainance bay
/Maintainance yard in the TG Building. Whether in this route
i can lay the H.T.Cables??? i am taking all H.T cables from
the H.T Transformer to the TG Building..

Usually we dont lay any type of cables in the maintenance bay, but you can lay it, but make sure it does not physically interfere with the maintenance activities i.e. equipment handing etc. or block the access ways there.

Also, your client may also not permit you to do so.
