What is the difference between earth fault and restricted
earth fault protection?
Answer / m.gopinath
Earth fault protection is non-unit protection for earth
faults where as restricted earth fault protection is a unit
protection (ie differential protection of Y connected
alternator/transformer) for earth faults. So we can say the
Restricted earth fault protection is differential
protection of a y connected winding for earth faults only
but not for phase-to-phase faults.

Is there a possibility to use such a treshold voltage for the NMOS part of a CMOS circuit that during the switching it will start conducting only after the PMOS part will be already closed, by this eliminating the leakedge current? Please note, I'm not asking about the well bias in standby mode, but about the "antileakedge" measures during normal operation.
