yes,
but it is limited to M20
Because higher grade of concrete Requires more cement than
lower grade.so its take more cement volume in a mixing to
avoid this volumetric problem generally minimum 43 grade of
cements are used in mix design.
p.p.c cement strength limited up-to 33Mpa

yes.
strength is mainly depends upon fineness of cement and grade of cement.if fineness is more, strength is also more.here fineness of ppc is less as compared to opc.
